Billing

The heart of the Billing Module is the Billing Queue. This is an interactive list of all freight that has been booked, is in route or has been delivered but not billed. From this screen you can create an invoice and bill it separately or as a batch with other invoices. The Billing Module gives you the ability to bill a customer’s loads separately, (one load, one invoice) or combine any number of loads into one invoice. Any changes in weight or other rates are easily updated and billed accordingly.

Accounting

The Accounting module is easy to setup and has user defined General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and System Default Accounts. Can’t remember account numbers? No problem, just type in the first few letters of the name of the account you are looking for and choose from the list provided.

Since we allow for multiple companies, the Accounting Module is set up for that as well. You can run Balance Sheets and Income Statements for multiple companies as well as for the “umbrella” company, giving you the complete financial picture. Some of the many features of the Accounting module are:
